Terms, in plain language

1. Adults only

You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to use this site or place an order. By ordering you confirm this.

2. Products

Every doll is made to order to the configuration you choose. Product photography shows the atelier’s studio finish of the same model; minor variation in tone and finish between batches is inherent to hand-finishing. The factory photographs you approve before dispatch are the definitive record of your doll.

3. Orders and changes

Your order is accepted when you receive the confirmation email. Changes and cancellation are free within 24 hours of ordering; after production begins, the returns policy applies. We may decline or refund any order we cannot lawfully or practically fulfil — including where import rules at the destination prohibit delivery.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and include shipping and import duties to the US and EU (DDP). Payment is due at ordering through the methods shown at checkout. Bank-transfer orders enter production when the transfer arrives. Card statements and transfer references show a neutral company name.

5. Delivery

Timelines in the shipping policy are typical, not guaranteed; hand-finishing occasionally takes longer and we keep you informed. Risk passes to you on delivery.

6. Warranty and liability

Transit damage, wrong configurations and manufacturing defects are covered per the returns policy. Beyond that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law in your country grants you and that cannot be waived.

7. Intellectual property & site use

Site content, photography and text belong to us or our licensor ateliers. Don’t scrape, republish or misrepresent them.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction]. Disputes go first to a conversation with us — we resolve nearly everything there.
