What shipping costs

Nothing. Shipping to the United States and the European Union is free and DDP — Delivered Duty Paid. Import duties and VAT are handled by us before the crate reaches your border. There is no customs bill at your door, ever. If a carrier asks you to pay anything, refuse and contact us.

How long it takes

• Production: 3–5 weeks. Your doll is cast and hand-finished to your configuration after you order.
• Photo approval: yours to pace. We send factory photographs; production holds until you approve.
• Transit: 7–14 days door-to-door after approval, fully tracked.

What arrives

A plain, unmarked crate with reinforced internal packing. No brand name, no product description on the outside. The customs declaration uses a neutral commercial description; the sender is a neutral company name. Inside: your doll, its accessories and paperwork, and care instructions.

Where we ship

United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and the European Union. We review every destination’s import rules before dispatch and will not ship where the product cannot legally clear customs — if that affects your order we contact you before production starts and refund in full if it can’t proceed.

Damage in transit

Every crate is photographed before sealing. If anything arrives damaged, photograph the crate and contents before further unpacking and write to us within 48 hours — repair, replacement or refund is on us. Details in the returns policy.
