Is the packaging really discreet?
Yes, completely. A plain crate with no brand, no product name, no imagery. The customs declaration uses a neutral commercial description and the sender is a neutral company name. Your card statement or bank reference also shows a neutral name — never the store or the product.
Will anyone be able to tell what I bought?
The carrier sees a crate addressed to you from a neutral company. Payment providers see an amount and a reference. Our marketing emails (only if you opt in) use neutral sender and subject lines. The only people who know what is inside are you and us.
How long until my doll arrives?
Made-to-order dolls take 3–5 weeks in production, then you approve factory photographs, then 7–14 days of tracked transit. Plan for six to eight weeks door-to-door; we keep you updated at every stage.
Do I pay customs or import fees?
No. Shipping to the US and EU is DDP — duties and VAT are paid by us before delivery. There is no bill at your door.
What is the doll actually made of?
Medical-grade platinum-cure silicone over a stainless steel articulated skeleton. Platinum silicone is inert, hypoallergenic, and keeps its finish for years with basic care — the honest comparison with TPE is in our materials guide.
What if the doll in the factory photos isn’t right?
It doesn’t ship. Tell us what’s off and the atelier corrects it — tone, makeup, options — until the photos match what you ordered. Approval is yours to give, not a formality.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer today; card and cryptocurrency are being added. Whatever the method, the receiving name is neutral. Large orders can be split into a deposit and balance — ask us.
Is buying this legal where I live?
Adult-proportioned dolls are legal in the US, UK, EU and Canada. We check destination rules before every dispatch and won’t take payment for an order that can’t clear customs lawfully.
How heavy is a doll, honestly?
Full-size silicone dolls run 28–36 kg — real weight, more awkward than a suitcase because it doesn’t help you. Each product page lists the exact figure, and lighter weight-reduced builds are marked. If weight is a concern, start there.
How do I care for it?
Warm water and mild soap, talc after drying, no solvent-based cleaners, store lying flat or on the included hanger. Full instructions ship in the crate and live in our care guide.
