Counterfeit dolls and stolen factory photos are this industry’s biggest problem. Authorization certificates are how you tell a real retailer from a scam. Here are ours; below, how to verify any store’s.

Each certificate can be verified directly with the atelier — every brand maintains a public list or verification channel for its authorized dealers. We encourage you to check; verification takes minutes.
How to vet any doll store (including us)
- Ask the brand. Ateliers confirm their dealers. A store that isn’t on the list is selling counterfeits or nothing.
- Distrust impossible prices. A genuine full-silicone doll cannot retail at $500. That listing is a counterfeit or a photo of someone else’s doll.
- Demand factory photos before dispatch. Legitimate retailers photograph your actual doll and wait for your approval. Scam stores ship immediately — or never.
- Check independent reviews on platforms the store can’t edit.
