1 · Configure
Choose skin, eyes, hair and upgrades on the doll’s page. The price updates as you go. Checkout takes four short steps — email, address, payment.
2 · Confirm
You get a confirmation email within minutes. Changes are free for 24 hours — just reply to it.
3 · Production
The atelier casts and hand-finishes your doll, 3–5 weeks. We send progress updates by email — neutral subject lines, always.
4 · Approve
Factory photographs of your finished doll arrive in your inbox. Not right? The atelier adjusts until you approve. Nothing ships without your yes.
5 · Delivery
Plain unmarked crate, neutral customs label, duties paid, tracked to your door in 7–14 days. Track any time with your order number and email.
Common questions at this point
Why the wait? Because nothing is picked off a shelf. Your configuration is cast as a one-off. Ateliers that ship “custom” dolls in a week are shipping stock and a wig.
What if I move or need to pause? Write to us — production holds at the photo stage as long as you need, and addresses can change any time before dispatch.
