Cancellations
We truly understand that sometimes plans may change, so we offer a flexible cancellation policy.

All orders are processed within 24 hours of payment. For custom dolls, production begins immediately. For in-stock dolls, the shipping process begins right away. Please check your information carefully before submitting your order, as cancellations are not possible after 24 hours or once production/shipping has started.
Notes for in-stock dolls
● Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
● If you want to cancel after shipment, shipping, labor, and packaging costs will be deducted from the refund.
Returns
Inspection Upon Receipt
After receiving your doll, please inspect the appearance, function, and packaging integrity immediately. If you discover any issues, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at [email protected] with detailed photos or videos.
Accepted Scenarios
● Wrong Doll Received
If the doll you receive does not match your order, please provide photos of the doll (full body and head), the shipping label, and packaging. After confirmation, we will arrange a replacement.
● Damaged Doll
If the doll is damaged during transportation, please contact us immediately. Depending on the extent of damage, we will provide a repair kit, a replacement, or a refund.
● Lost Package
If your package is lost, please notify us immediately. For security, most Joeany Doll packages require an adult signature upon delivery.
Return Instructions
● Hygiene & Safety: Due to the intimate nature of adult products, returns are generally not accepted once the doll has been used, opened, or unsealed. To qualify for a return, the doll must be in brand-new, unused condition, with all original packaging intact.
● Customized Products: Custom-made or personalized dolls cannot be returned unless there is a verified quality issue.
● User Damage: Damage caused by improper use, mishandling, or poor maintenance is not eligible for return, exchange, or replacement. If you believe the quality issue was present upon arrival and not caused by use, you can contact us at [email protected] or on WhatsApp with detailed information about the specific problem. Please include clear photographs illustrating the issue, as this helps with the evaluation process. We’ll review your case individually, though we cannot guarantee compensation for used dolls.
Important Notes
● Unauthorized Returns
Do not return a package without our approval as unauthorized returns will not be refunded.
● Return Acceptance
Once we receive your returned doll, our team will carefully inspect both the product and its packaging to confirm compliance with our return policy. Refunds will only be approved if the doll is in brand-new, unused, and undamaged condition. Dolls that show signs of use, wear, damage, or improper handling will not qualify for a refund.
Refunds
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Deductions
Deductions that will apply to your refund are as follows.
● Shipping Fees: The original shipping cost is non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
● Packaging & Restocking Fees: A restocking fee of 15% – 25% of the original order amount will be deducted to cover inspection, sanitation, and repackaging.
● Transaction Fees: Payment processing fees (e.g., PayPal or credit card fees) are non-refundable by the payment providers and will be deducted from the refund.
Refund Timeframe
The refund processing times vary for different methods.
● Credit / Debit Card: 6-10 business days
● Klarna: 7 business days
● Paypal: 7 business days
● Afterpay: 3-5 business days
If your refund has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us to obtain a refund reference number, which you can provide to your bank or payment provider for further assistance.
