JoeanyDoll is committed to crafting only the most premium silicone products. Production takes approximately 3–5 weeks, with confirmation photos sent before shipping.

• Production may be delayed during holidays (e.g., Chinese New Year), extreme weather, or global events.
• If you prefer pickup at a FedEx/UPS store, please include the store address in your order notes.
• To redirect to a pickup store, notify us before shipment.

Note: Some countries/regions prohibit adult product imports. Remote areas may incur extra fees—contact us for clarification.

• DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): Most countries enjoy worry-free delivery with no extra customs steps or fees.
• Exceptions (e.g., Canada, Norway, Australia): Import duties are buyer's responsibility. We'll assist with customs and cover 50% (up to $150)—just submit your receipt.

• In-Stock Products: Ship within 2–5 business days after payment.
• Custom Orders: Delivery times vary by production. Estimated by carrier:

Your privacy matters. Each product is shipped in a double-layer unmarked cargo box with no branding or labels indicating the contents inside. Only standard handing signs (fragile) are present, which do not reveal the nature of the package.
