When Will My Order Ship?
In-stock dolls ship within 24 hours. Custom orders usually ship within 2–3 weeks.
Can I Return or Exchange My Doll?
For hygiene reasons, only in-stock dolls that are brand new and unopened can be returned. Custom-made dolls cannot be returned. Every doll is still protected by our warranty against manufacturing defects, ensuring quality and peace of mind.
