Once your order is placed, production and quality checks typically take 7–15 business days. After shipping, delivery takes approximately 5–10 business days.
Mostly dolls in stock will arrive in a week after the order, and the custom doll needs a month to receive.
Chances are that your order may take longer to be delivered during Chinese holidays such as The Spring Festival.
Due to hygiene and customization considerations, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases of wrong item or shipping damage. If your doll arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos for review and resolution.
If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact our support team as soon as possible with your updated address.
If your order is already in transit, you can still request changes by contacting [email protected] as soon as possible. Reach out immediately as our team will need to get in touch with the shipping carrier.
Once your doll ships, a tracking number will be sent to your email.

Yes, typically your doll and any accessories will be shipped together in a single discreet package. We only separate shipments when necessary, and if that occurs, you’ll receive individual tracking numbers.
