Your satisfaction is our top priority. We offer flexible, transparent policies to ensure your peace of mind throughout your shopping experience.

1. Before You Order

  • Review Factory Photos: Visit our Factory Picture Site for detailed product images.
  • Join Our Community: Get advice from other customers on Discord, Reddit, or other platforms.
  • Contact Us: Use Live Chat or our Contact Form for pre-purchase questions.

2. Order Modifications

Custom Products: Free modifications are allowed within 48 hours. After that, changes may still be accepted depending on the production stage.

In-Stock Products: No modifications are possible once the order is shipped. Changes post-shipping are treated as returns, and you'll bear the shipping and associated costs.

3. Cancellations

Custom Orders: Evaluated case-by-case. If approved, a 5–30% cancellation fee applies to cover production and material costs.

In-Stock Orders:

  • Cancel within 8 hours – 95% refund
  • Cancel within 24 hours – 85% refund
  • After 24 hours – Not cancelable (order is shipped)

Shipping and packaging costs become non-refundable after 24 hours.

4. Why We Apply Cancellation Fees?

Fees help offset the following costs already incurred:

  • Payment processor fees
  • Materials prepared for production (custom orders)
  • Packaging and handling for ready-to-ship items
  • Outbound shipping (non-refundable once dispatched)

5. Returns & Warranty

Inspect Upon Delivery: Check your product thoroughly. Report any issues within 24 hours to [email protected] with photos or video.

Accepted Scenarios:

  • Wrong Item: Provide unboxing video (showing product, shipping label, and packaging).
  • Damage: Report to the carrier immediately. We'll assist with repair kits, replacements, or refund.
  • Lost Packages: File a carrier claim and contact us.

Return Conditions:

  • No returns accepted for used items
  • Unused products must be returned in original packaging
  • Contact us before returning – unauthorized returns will be rejected

Refund Deductions:

  • Original + return shipping (customer pays)
  • Restocking fee (15–25% of product value)
  • Non-refundable transaction/processing costs

6. Refund Processing

Estimated Timelines:

  • PayPal: 3–5 business days
  • Credit/Debit Cards & Klarna: 7–10 business days

If delays occur, contact us for refund tracking before initiating a dispute with your bank.
